Cafe Rouge Dulwich Village - Closing next weekend

How long will the property be empty I wonder!
I just seen that too. Anyone got an idea what will replace it?
Hopefully Côte Brasserie will be moving in. Or CAU.

Edited to add, I have just checking the planning portal and Cafe Rouge is set to become 'The Real Greek', which was originally moving to ED. Change of plans?

The staff told me maybe a Greek restaurant
The rent for Jaflong with a small flat above was £45,000 and was due to rise to £65,000.

So The Real Greek did not happen, maybe because as I have been told, the asking price is now more like £88,000

Does anyone know who the landlord(s) up and down Lordship Lane are? They're plainly going for as much rent as they can get (which is of course their prerogative, not looking for an argument about the usual things), I'd just be interested to know if it's individuals, or one big landowner etc, and hoping someone else already has the answer?
£65,004 - shop and basement only.
